Valentine's Day Origami Crafts (EXTENDED)

Ah, Valentine’s Day, the most lovely day if you happen to have a date or if you’re getting candy from every classmate in your second grade homeroom. You want to make a gift for your partner, loved one, or friend, but you have no money? Here are four origami gift ideas that only cost seven cents each (if you take Swem’s printers as the retail price.) However, some other common (and cheap) dorm room items are used to complete the look here.
I presume most of you reading are returning craft connoisseurs from my Halloween crafts, but for those select few newbies, I will reiterate what I’ve found to be the fastest and easiest way to make a square from an 8 x 11 sheet of paper. Holding the paper in portrait to you, crease a top corner down diagonally towards the opposite side to create a right triangle. Cut the excess strip below the triangle, and unfold the triangle to get your square.
